Staged Life is a documentary series exploring stage life, spectacle and larger than life characters familiar with performing both for an audience and a camera.
As much of my work is influenced by 'Tableaux Vivant', or constructed performative photography, in this ongoing series I am interested in finding situations where
action is largely predetermined by context. I am especially interested in moments of the slippage between the real and imaginary, genuine and fabricated personas.
